Class Description

Breath & Sound Unwind from your week with a calming blend of guided breathwork and live sound therapy. This practice supports your nervous system, tones and relaxes the vagus nerve, and helps you feel grounded and centered. Through conscious connected breathing, you’ll be guided into a meditative state while immersed in the therapeutic vibrations of sound. Many participants experience a release of tension, emotional clarity, and a profound sense of peace as if pressing a reset button for your mind, body, and spirit. Please wear comfortable clothing, pajamas are always welcome. Feel free to bring your favorite blanket or pillow for extra coziness. Yoga mats, bolsters, and blankets are also provided.
