  • Do I need to bring a yoga mat?
    We provide yoga mats and yoga props however, you are more than welcome to bring your own.
  • What do I need to bring for my practice?
    Bring along a bottle for hydration, a towel to wipe down your sweat, and an open mind for the best experience.

  • I am new to yoga. What classes are best for me?
    Welcome to the start of your yoga journey! We suggest starting with a few “all levels” classes to ease yourself into the fundamentals of yoga. Once you're comfortable, feel free to explore other variations.
  • When do I need to arrive to class?
    Classes at SR start right on time, so we recommend you get to our studios 5-10 minutes early. Out of respect for the teacher and your fellow SR FAM, latecomers will not be able to join the class. Sometimes we have back to back classes. If the door is locked, please allow the class to finish and the teacher will open the door after completion.
  • What should I wear to a yoga class?
    We recommend wearing comfortable, stretchy clothing that allows you to move freely. Yoga is typically practiced barefoot, so you do not need to worry about shoes. It is also a good idea to bring a water bottle. If you have any additional questions, please do not hesitate to contact us. We look forward to seeing you on the mat
  • Can I reschedule my class to an earlier or later timing?
    If you're before the 1 hour late cancellation period, you will be able to reschedule your class. Be sure to make any changes to your booking prior to the 1 hour mark. All reschedules and cancellations must be done through the website.
  • What is your class cancellation policy?
    We've implemented a 1-hour prior to class cancellation policy. We know life gets in the way sometimes, and it’s okay to change your mind, but remember to do so at least 1 hour prior to avoid the possibility of a late cancellation charge of one class credit if you're on a Class Pack, or a late cancellation/no show fee of $20 if you are on a membership plan or drop in.
  • Is there a free trial?
    We do not offer free trials at this time.
  • Do I have to book a class online?
    Yes, booking online is highly encouraged. This will also allow you to receive email notifications in the case of emergency class cancelations.
  • Can I share my membership or class pack?
    All members must have their own account, membership or class pack. Memberships, class packs or accounts are not sharable.
