Your event registration includes an energizing yoga flow for all levels, an exhilarating cold plunge (optional, of course) with Simply Rooted and a swag bag with goodies from our amazing local  businesses.
***Don't forget to purchase your delicous lunch box by Sweetspot! All lunch boxes must be purchased by the Thursday prior to the event.
Bring a towel and a change of clothes if you are planning to participate in the cold plunge.
