Join Simply Rooted and Bailey’s Book Nook for a special collaboration bringing mindful movement and a love for books together.

This one-hour, all-levels class focuses on gentle, grounding movement and breath to help you feel present and refreshed. After class, enjoy time at Bailey’s Book Nook and use your $10 book voucher, included with your $25 registration (voucher must be used the same day).

Please bring a yoga mat if you have one and arrive early to settle in.

Yoga mat rental is available for $5.
