Class Descrition

The prenatal and postpartum yoga class is designed for both during pregnancy and those still recovering from pregnancy and birth. This class is a space to connect with your changing bodies and growing baby and connect your experience to others in your community. You will be guided through an asana class taught with a strong focus on alignment as well as breathwork and meditation. This class will help to strengthen the uterus and pelvic muscles, improve circulation, aid in digestion, and provide relief and comfort to the areas of the body most impacted by your growing belly and birth. In our classes, you will learn skills and techniques that you will be able to draw on and use during labor and the birth of your baby or any time during your pregnancy and parenthood.
