Class Description

Build on your yoga skills. The LYT Method™ combines yoga functional movements to keep you moving well! There is a focus on core strength, repetition and building awareness in the body. This is a strong class with options to work towards inversions. It’s different and fun and you might learn some anatomy along the way. *The LYT Method™ was developed by neurodevelopmental-physical therapist Lara Heimann. Her motto is More Core! This class is designed for yogis with some experience and seasoned practitioners alike. All are welcome.
