Class Description

Vinyasa Level 2–3 Push your practice, explore your strength, and move at the edge of what you thought you could do. This dynamic flow leans more toward advanced sequences than intermediate, while still welcoming all who show up with intention. Expect flowing transitions, balance challenges, and strength-building sequences that leave your body energized, capable, and empowered. At the end of class, we’ll explore inversions to challenge your balance, build confidence, and elevate your practice. Modifications are always offered so you can safely move at your own edge. Come as you are, step into your practice, and leave feeling stronger than when you walked in.
