Class Description
Vinyasa Level 1–2 Step into a flowing yoga class that builds strength, flexibility, and stamina while moving at a dynamic, energizing pace. This class links one breath to one movement, guiding you through sequences that challenge your body and flow with intention. While the class leans toward students with some experience, it is fully welcoming to beginners, modifications and guidance are offered for every posture, and amplifications are available for those ready to step it up. By the end of class, you’ll leave feeling stronger, confident, and energized, having explored both foundational movements and slightly more advanced sequences all in a supportive environment.
