Women’s Circle

Dear women,

We are thrilled to invite you to our Women's Circle at Simply Rooted on March 12th, 2023, at 10:30 am, in honor of International Women's Month. This is a special occasion where we can come together to connect and honor our shared experiences as women.

Before our Women's Circle, Simply Rooted will be offering a donation-based yoga class from 9:00 to 10:00 am to help us start the day off right. Afterward we, will gather to create a flower mandala as an integration activity. This activity will allow us to express our creativity while also symbolizing the beauty and interconnectedness of all women. Please bring flowers or herbs of your choice to contribute to the mandala.

After the mandala activity, we will move into our conversation circle where we will share our thoughts and experiences on topics that affect us as women. We would like to emphasize that this is a safe space, and we ask that we honor each other by listening with an open heart, without judgment or interruption, and respecting each other's processes.

We kindly ask that this be a neutral space where we hope to create an environment where all women, regardless of their background, can feel comfortable sharing and connecting.

Some suggested topics for our conversation may include:

• Self-care and mindfulness practices
• Overcoming challenges and cultivating resilience
• The power of community and connection
• Supporting and empowering each other as women
• Embracing our unique strengths and talents

We would like to gently suggest wearing an earthy palette for our Women's Circle to help create a grounded and connected atmosphere. We encourage you to wear comfortable and flowy clothing that makes you feel good.

This event is free of charge, and we welcome women of all ages and backgrounds. We hope that you can join us for this empowering and inspiring event.
