Your event registration includes an energizing yoga flow for all levels, an exhilarating cold plunge (optional, of course) with Simply Rooted, a delicious SweetSpot Bento lunchbox and a swag bag packed with goodies from our amazing local  businesses.
Bring a towel and a change of clothes if you are planning to participate in the cold plunge.
