Bringing wellness and nourishment to our community!
Your event registration includes an energizing yoga flow for all levels, breathwork that will get you pumped up for an exhilarating cold plunge (optional, of course) with Simply Rooted and a swag bag with goodies from our amazing local  businesses.
Don't forget to purchase your delicous lunch box by Sweetspot! All lunch boxes must be purchased by the Thursday prior to the event.
Bring a towel and a change of clothes if you are planning to participate in the cold plunge.
