Your event registration includes an energizing yoga flow for all levels, breathwork that will get you pumped up for an exhilarating cold plunge (optional, of course) with Simply Rooted and you will then take a quick little walk right across the street to our cohost, The F.A.R.M. There you will pick up your swag bag with goodies from local  businesses.

Don't forget to purchase your delicous lunch box by Sweetspot!

This is a private event and will not be open to the public once ticket sales are closed. 

Bring a towel and a change of clothes if you are planning to participate in the cold plunge.
