Your event registration includes an energizing yoga flow for all levels, breath work that get you pumped up for an exhilarating cold plunge (optional, of course) with Simply Rooted and a refreshing ASIS cold pressed juice. You will then take a quick little walk right across the street to our cohost, The F.A.R.M. There you will experience, tastes of nourishing, local food by Sweetspot. We guarantee you will be wanting more so don’t forget your wallet because there will be items at The F.A.R.M. for purchase.

This is a private event and will not be open to the public once ticket sales are closed. 

Bring a towel and a change of clothes if you are planning to participate in the cold plunge.
