Build confidence in your inversion practice with a focus on alignment and full body activation with a main focus on forearm headstands.

This workshop is for all levels.

This workshop will build the confidence that you need to get into a strong, steady inversion.

All levels are not necessary but will lead to the optimal growth.

If you are brand new to inversions, Inversions I or II is mandatory before entry into Inversions - Inversions III, IV

Permission may be permitted to attend Inversions III, IV after skills assessment.
