Assisting Fundamentals Workshop with Jessica Warren

Touch is an essential point of connection in yoga. It offers support, comfort, education, information and challenge. This workshop is going to focus on the foundations of physical assists, anatomy and how bodies can benefit from assists and adjustments, safety of student and teacher and how to incorporate touch into your classes. You will learn basic techniques, how to utilize props while assisting and ways to support students as they approach intermediate postures and transitions.

Be prepared to discuss, take notes, move and to offer and receive assists and adjustments.
