Class Description

A class blending yoga and mat Pilates suited for every body, you will enjoy movement on your mat that tones and strengthens while focusing on safe alignment and modifications for those with special back and/ or hip needs. Throughout this class, you will be engaging your core and flowing with your breath. This class will begin with breathwork and a mini Ayurvedic agni sara practice, and will end with relaxation and savasana. Agni sara, meaning "fire essence" and involving core with breath engagement, fuels your digestive fire improving gut health and immunity, metabolic processes and digestion. This is a very grounding, centering and empowering class to help you reset body and mind.
