Class Descrition

At mommy and me Acro we begin to explore body awareness and cooperation. We practice healthy boundaries, communication, and consent with mommy and same age friends. Learning how to label body parts, increase, coordination, and trust mommy has never been more fun. We will sing, dance, and even learn some sign language. Let’s prepare for a lifelong love of fitness, and create some amazing memories.
