Class Description
This particular style of Breathwork can be described as an active meditation that uses a 3-part breath performed while lying down. It is used for healing and growth, personal awakening, transcendence and transformation in spirit, mind, body and soul. It neutralizes the thinking mind and brings you into the body (issues stick in our tissues). It removes mental and emotional blocks to achieve the highest states of awareness and potential.
