Fascia Yoga is a movement method that targets the connective tissues of the body using Sling Myofascial Release props (provided). In this 3 week class series we will explore the many roles of Fascia (connective tissue) and how it affects our range of motion, strength and nervous system. Fascia Yoga brings balance to the whole body, unwinds tension, reduces soreness and can provide deep healing and relief to many symptoms including back/neck pain, stress/anxiety, chronic tightness, recovery from injury or surgery. This practice is for all bodies and abilities, no yoga experience needed!
