We have opened our studio for you to practice your personal yoga practice. Our beautiful, peaceful studio will be open to any yoga practitioner, new or experienced. This time is designed for you to find time on your mat, with minimal distraction to practice. This is not a class, this is simply a space for you to practice your creative flow. Flow, zone out, meditate and breathe. A yoga teacher available for questions and assistance. Minimal distractions. Accessibility to props. Grow your personal practice. Time and space, just as for you.
